I do offer Arts therapy and will send out a pack that will have some of the items you will need to engage in this type of therapeutic journey. As my sessions are conducted online, we will have an initial consult to see if this is the best option for you.
My practice is supportive and inclusive for any members of the LGBTQI+ community. There are many unique challenges that can come up for members of this community and I am honoured to work in this space. I will meet you wherever you are at on your journey and provide a safe space for you to be you.
Individuals who are on the Autism Spectrum may find it difficult to find a therapist that can understand their particular challenges. This is an area of psychodynamics that interests me greatly. I specialise in this area of therapy and am happy to provide support as you navigate the world that was made for neuro-typicals
